The Wasp Mobile Asset software is the most remarkable system that I have come across. Its user-friendly interface and one-click response are most conducive, as we are entering data at the present stage.

As the owner of a very busy and growing young ladies fashion boutique, we were initially uncertain about the right POS solution for us, although we are in Wollongong NSW and TechnoSource is in Victoria the whole long distance experience was easy and painless. Prakash was of great assistance in helping us to understand the various products currently available and organizing demo versions of them. He also managed to vary the standard peripherals and tailor the overall package to our needs. The goods arrived on time and were easy to install and configure and have been operating without any issues. We've decided to implement barcoding system to improve the operation of the cashier counter at our retail shop and to streamline stock control.
One restriction we had to deal with is the extremely small size hanging tags from our supplier.
We sent out inquiries to several barcode system suppliers. Technosource responded the following day. An on-site demonstration was arranged within a week and basically answered the majority of our concerns around the small size labels and the amount of product information required to be printed on the label.
We were very impressed with TechnoSource's prompt response and knowledge of the products. An order was placed and the system was delivered within a week. With the system, we encountered a problem with controlling the spacing between labels printed. With TechnoSource testing locally and additional technical support from the software supplier in the States, the problem was resolved within 24 hours.
We are very satisfied with the support received from TechnoSource and will definitely continue business with them in the future.
