Terms and Conditions of Sale

All orders placed with TechnoSource Australia Pty Ltd are subject to the acceptance of terms and conditions of sale as outlined below. Customer deemed to have read these terms and conditions and agreed to such terms and conditions of sale.

1. Pricing

  1. All prices quoted on TechnoSource Australia’s website are exclusive of GST. At the time of checkout, GST will be added.
  2. Any products listed on website with $0.00 value means that the item is either discontinued or not available for online sale.
  3. Prices may vary depending upon the quantity required or exchange rate, TechnoSource Australia has the right to reject any order if any such conditions arise.
  4. TechnoSource Australia reserves the right to change price of product or service at any time. Product specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
  5. Bulk discounts could be provided upon request. User may request TechnoSource Australia via email / phone or submit an online enquiry.
  6. TechnoSource Australia reserves the right to refer an overdue account to a debt collecting agency or its solicitor for collection and recovery action and customer agrees to be responsible to meet all reasonable costs and commissions incurred to recover those debts.
  7. Customer must inform TechnoSource Australia in writing, in a timely manner, if there are any changes in their business, which effects normal business transactions with TechnoSource Australia or its payment.
  8. Legal title of the goods remains with TechnoSource Australia until payment is made in full.

2. Refunds

  1. Non-defective / non-damaged  Goods:
    1. Claims for credits must be made within seven (7) days of delivery along with written proof of purchase and detailed description in the prescribed Returns Authorization (RA) form. This form can be requested by sending email to [email protected]
    2. Upon receiving RA form, TechnoSource Australia will go through details given on the form and either issue RA number or inform customer the reason for rejection of RA.
    3. A copy of RA form along with RA Number and original Invoice must be returned along with the goods otherwise claims will be rejected.
    4. RA form not properly completed will be rejected and goods returned at the customer’s expense.
    5. Order placed for the special order/non-stock items could not be cancelled.
    6. Goods should be sent only after receiving RA number from TechnoSource Australia’s Support Dept.
    7. All non-damaged / non defective goods returned with a valid RA will incur a 25% re-stocking fee. A credit will be allocated against customer’s account and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue of such credit.
    8. Goods will not be returned if you simply change your mind, found it cheaper elsewhere or decided that you did not like the product and had no use for it.
    9. Goods that are requested for credit must be returned in its original packaging and re-saleable condition. Writing and stickers on the boxes will not be accepted and claim for credit could be rejected. Customer need to ensure that all user guides/CDs etc. are returned along with item(s). A credit will be allocated against customer’s account and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue of such credit.
    10. Credit will not be issued for the freight component of the original invoice.
    11. Freight and insurance for any goods sent for returns must be the responsibility of the customer.
       
  2. Defective/Damaged Goods/DOA:
    1. Any DOA (Dead on Arrival), warranty defective, or damaged  goods must be notified and claim  for credits must be made within seven (7) days of delivery along with written proof of purchase and detailed description in the prescribed Returns Authorization (RA) form. This form can be requested by sending email to [email protected]
    2. Customer must inform in writing to TechnoSource Australia for any short shipment or damaged goods in transit within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Any claim made after this period may be rejected by TechnoSource Australia.
    3. Upon receiving RA form, TechnoSource Australia will go through details given on the form and either issue RA number or inform customer the reason for rejection of RA.
    4. Goods should be sent only after receiving RA number from TechnoSource Australia’s Support Dept.
    5. A copy of RA form along with RA Number and original invoice must be returned along with the goods otherwise claims will be rejected.
    6. RA form or warranty claim form not properly completed will be rejected and goods returned at the customer’s expense.
    7. Goods that are requested for credit must be returned in its original packaging and re-saleable condition. Writing and stickers on the boxes will not be accepted and claim for credit could be rejected. Customer need to ensure that all user guides/CDs etc. are returned along with item. A credit will be allocated against customer’s account and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue of such credit. In certain cases, there will also be an option for a full refund.
    8. Credit will not be issued for the freight component of the original invoice.

3. Security

  1. TechnoSource Australia does not keep any credit card data on their website.
  2. We have reputed SSL Certificates on our website, which encrypts customers details
  3. Our SecurePay payment gateway ensures the security of customer credit card details. All such details are encrypted.

4. Delivery

  1. All items will be delivered via a third party courier or Australia Post unless items are picked up from specified Warehouse.
  2. Delivery is considered complete as soon as goods are handed over to courier or Australia Post for transportation to customer.
  3. TechnoSource Australia  will not be held liable for any goods damaged in transit. Customer can pre-arrange insurance prior to dispatch of goods. Such
    pre-arrangement must be informed in writing to TechnoSource Australia.
  4. Delivery will be made to specified location provided by the customer at the time of placing order. Customer will have to incur all shipping and handling charges which will be calculated at the time of invoicing or dispatch of goods.
  5. Customer must inform TechnoSource Australia if goods are required urgently or within specified time frame. Whereas TechnoSource Australia will try its best to achieve those dates, but it cannot be held liable directly or indirectly if customer has suffered losses due to any delay.
  6. Customer must inform in writing to TechnoSource Australia for any short shipment or damaged goods in transit within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Any claim made after this period may be rejected by TechnoSource Australia.

5. Warranty

  1. All warranty claims must be provided with written proof of purchase along with detailed description of the problem in the specified Returns Authorization (RA) form. This form can be requested by sending email to [email protected]
  2. Upon receiving RA form, TechnoSource Australia will go through details given on the form and either issue RA number or inform customer the reason for rejection of RA.
  3. Under no circumstances an advance replacement could be sent to customers. Customer must first return the goods which are under warranty and then those goods could be either fixed or replaced as per manufacturer’s warranty.
  4. Warranty is given for all the hardware supplied in Australia and New Zealand only. Goods returned to TechnoSource Australia as part of a warranty claim shall be forwarded by TechnoSource Australia to its supplier or to the manufacturer for assessment and either rejection of the warranty claim or repair or replacement in accordance with the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
  5. All goods sent under warranty claims must have the original packaging without any markings on them and customer must ensure that those goods or boxes are in re-saleable condition.
  6. If any goods are found to be DOA (Dead on Arrival), it must be informed to TechnoSource Australia within 7 days of the receipt of the goods, and otherwise those faulty goods will be treated under normal warranty.
  7. If a warranty item is found `Not to be Faulty’, a service fee of $210 (inc GST) will be charged and further $195 (inc GST) per hour for the time to inspect and test these goods.
  8. All warranty goods are Return to Base (RTB) to TechnoSource Australia’s office in Melbourne, Australia or its warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
  9. If goods under warranty are sent back for repair or replacement, customer must pay the freight. Goods returned after repair or as replacement will be returned at TechnoSource Australia’s  expense.

6. Errors

  1. Web pages and accounting systems are kept up to date wherever possible. Imaging displayed may vary from actual product.
  2. Errors and omissions to these products on TechnoSource Australia’s web site or catalogue or its accounting systems are excepted E. & O.E.
