WaspCountIt Inventory Counting Software is a Quickbooks compatible software designed for counting inventory. It can download existing inventory details from Quickbooks directly to the DT60 mobile computer, take inventory and send it back to Quickbooks.
Wasp CountIt™ is an affordable, QuickBooks® compatible software program designed for counting inventory. CountIt allows you to quickly download existing inventory information from QuickBooks directly to the DT60 mobile computer, take inventory, and then send the updated counts back to QuickBooks. Faster and easier inventory counts means spending less time counting inventory and more time controlling it.
Programs such as QuickBooks don’t work with mobile computers to verify that on-hand inventory quantities are accurate. As a result, businesses are forced to use a slow, manual pen and paper inventory counting process. Then inventory counts have to be manually re-entered into QuickBooks. This manual process wastes time, money, and leaves too much room for error. That’s where CountIt comes in.<p >Once Wasp CountIt is installed on your PC, the program and your existing QuickBooks or Microsoft Excel® data can be sent to the Wasp DT60 mobile computer. The DT60 allows you to scan, count, and verify your on-hand inventory – providing you with fast and accurate data retrieval. After the new counts are taken, CountIt easily transfers new inventory data back to your PC and allows you to update your existing QuickBooks inventory file with the new counts.
CountIt is compatible with all Wasp mobile computers and gives you the ability to use multiple Windows Mobile or CE devices simultaneously to take counts and then transfer the new data from all devices into one file. If barcode labels are required, simply print from within CountIt to a Wasp barcode printer, such as the WPL305, WPL608, or WPL610 or any laser printer. Easily print single adhesive labels, adhesive label sheets, and multiple copies of a label for an item in a single print job.
Wasp CountIt is compatible with QuickBooks 2002 or later and integrates with Pro/Premier/Enterprise US, QuickBooks UK, and QuickBooks Canadian. Use QuickBooks 2012 Enterprise Advanced Inventory Module to easily count inventory into locations.
